Guangdong Hangxin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangxin Technology") has recently received a first-instance judgment regarding a case in which Chongqing Changyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changyuan Chemical") accused Hangxin Technology of infringing its invention patent rights. The First Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing rejected all of Changyuan Chemical's litigation requests in accordance with the law.
